What is the map on the back of the postcard?

The map is a real-time lead generating Home Value Estimator (HVE) feature, available for free on Target Farming Reports and Postcards. Homeowners are drawn to a map showing their home and various listed and sold homes in the surrounding area. A unique code (or QR code, if selected) is provided for them to access information about the value of their home at MyHomeEst.com. When they visit the website, you instantly receive real-time leads with available homeowner contact information for following up. If you are ordering non-addressed postcards, entering individual names to mail to, or uploading your own list, one unique code will be used for all recipients, and you will not receive a notification. In this case, the recipient will be prompted to enter their address to receive an estimate. In non-disclosure states, an estimate will not be provided; however, it will show the list price trend for the county as well as a list of similar properties that are on the market or have been sold. A call to action will be in place of the estimate, prompting the homeowner to reach out to you as the Local Real Estate Specialist.

How do I know my order was mailed?

A Notification email will be sent when the postcard has been processed and mailed. You will also have a link in your purchase receipt to a tracking report called Informed Visibility from the U.S. Post Office to look at the delivery status of your postcard. This information is also available under My Account > Order History.

Will my printed piece match exactly to what I'm seeing on my screen?

Printed colors may not match perfectly to what you see on your monitor or printer due to variations in computer and print technology, as well as varying levels of paper saturation. Printers calibrate automatically to ensure the best possible quality in printed materials. Quality control is very important to us, and we do our best to ensure the best quality in everything that leaves our facility. However, RSP USA does not assume liability for customer-generated errors in content, margins/bleeds, or typos.

Why do some of my mailed postcards have smudges or scuff marks?

All our postcards are printed on Premium Cardstock (130 lb. Gloss Cover). At the time your order leaves our facility and goes into the United States Postal Service (USPS) mail stream, we have inspected it multiple times for quality assurance, including making sure the ink is dry. USPS relies on heavy-duty sorting machines that grip and roll millions of pieces of mail. Sometimes, this equipment can leave scuff marks or toner behind or, in rare cases, even tear or crumple the mail. Your postcards may go through several of these sorting machines on the way to your chosen recipients. First-Class mail is particularly vulnerable to this.

Most of the newer postal machines, however, automatically adjust the settings in the machine if they detect that something is off. Typically, only a few postcards would go through before it adjusts its settings, so most of your order would likely be unmarked.

How often are postcards mailed?

The following options are available: - Once a week.
- Once every 2 weeks.
- Once every 3 weeks.
- Once every 4 weeks
- Or just select the holidays you want.

Are there any fees? Introductory, monthly, setup, or maintenance fees?

No. This is a pay-as-you-mail arrangement.

Is a commitment or contract required to use the Promotional Postcard Scheduler?

No.

Can I skip individual postcard mailings or put the schedule on hold?

Yes, you have total flexibility. There are no penalties for opting out of mailings or putting the schedule on hold.

Is there a minimum number of postcards for each mailing?

Yes, there is a 100-postcard minimum for each mailing.

For each mailing in my schedule - if I choose a one type or a combination of the four types of postcards available - what specific postcard will be sent to me for review/approval?

We send you our best recommendation for every postcard mailing, based on your selected references and timing. For example: If you choose the Holiday category, and select to mail Fourth of July and Christmas, we will send you our recommended postcard before each holiday. You may switch that postcard with one from any other category or skip that mailing altogether.

If I choose to mail from all four postcard categories - Holiday, Current Market, Four Seasons, Specialty - in a single schedule, which postcards will be sent to me for review/approval ahead of each mailing?

Our system will automatically send you our best recommended postcard based on the following rules:

Your selected holidays or seasons have priority over your selected Current Market and Specialty categories.
Ahead of the holiday or the first day of the season, we'll send your Holiday or Four Seasons postcards for review/approval.
Current Market and Specialty postcards are reserved as fill-ins when Holiday or Four Seasons postcards are not specified or appropriate.

Note: You may always switch a postcard we send for a postcard from any category or skip the mailing altogether.

Are the areas I mail in my schedule exclusive to me, and can I mail anywhere I like?

You can mail anywhere you like, but area exclusivity is not available for postcard mailings. If exclusivity is important to you, check out our popular Target Farming Reports.

How and when am I billed?

To keep your mailing consistent, you have five days to review and make edits to each postcard before it's billed to your credit card on file. If you decide to skip a mailing, your credit card will not be charged.

Note: Customer credit cards on file are tokenized on our website for security purposes. This means your sensitive card information is replaced with a jumble of letters and numbers to protect it from hackers.

How long does it take for my postcards to be delivered to homeowners?

With the Promotional Postcard Scheduler, you get a free upgrade to First-Class Postage for every mailing. The U.S. Postal Service averages 5-7 business days for delivery with First-Class Presort Postage.

After my schedule starts can I edit the mailing list?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to edit the mailing list each time we send you a postcard to review/approve. Any changes are automatically saved for subsequent mailings until you make further edits.

Can I upload my own mailing list?

Yes. You can upload your own mailing list to target, for example, your sphere of influence (friends and family, previous clients, and leads).

How many active schedules can I have running at one time?

There is no limit to the number of active schedules you can run at any given time.

If I have more than one active schedule running, can the total mailing quantity of all them be used to calculate a volume discount?

No. Volume discounts are applied only to the mailing quantity within individual schedules.

What size are the postcards?

Jumbo 8.5" x 5.5".

Are postcards mailed Standard Bulk/Business Class or First Class?

Postcards are Billed at Standard Bulk/Business Class but are upgraded and mailed First-Class for Free.

Can I send you my postcard template/design for you to print and mail for me?

Yes, you can upload a new custom front image by following the specifications under Upload Front when editing your postcard. Uploading a custom back is not available at this time.
