No. There is never an upfront setup fee to get started mailing reports.
Yes. Successful farming requires consistency, so RSP has a six-mailing (one year) commitment. Due to the success of our program, many of our agents have been mailing reports for more than seven years.
Yes. Because we charge no set up fee of any kind, agents cancelling the program before their third mailing will be charged a $600 cancellation fee. Agents cancelling prior to their sixth mailing will be charged a $300 cancellation fee.
Yes. There is a 300-report minimum. This can be made up of any number of different farm areas.
Yes, you can remove any homeowners from your mailing list that you would not like to receive your report as long as you include a minimum of 85% of your qualified homeowners.
Yes. RSP can even divide billing accordingly.
While we do charge for each printed report, the program fee covers the maintenance and merging of MLS and Tax Roll Data, property search websites for each report, and the preparation of each new report.
No. Regardless of how many farm areas you mail reports to, there is only one monthly fee to prepare all of your reports.
Once you choose a farm area(s), RSP will not mail reports to homeowners within your farm area(s) for any other agent in our program for as long as you continue to mail reports. Your chosen areas will show as “Farmed by Another Agent” on our Live Maps.
Yes. RSP's free Home Value Estimator, available on Target Farming Reports and postcards, directs homeowners to MyHomeEst.com either by entering a unique code or by scanning a QR code. In disclosure states, an estimate of the home is provided (when available). In non-disclosure states, the Site directs the homeowner to contact the agent for an estimate. MyHomeEst.com features your contact information and (when available) list or sale price trends, a map of active and sold listings, and more. The first time a homeowner visits the site, you will receive an email with all available contact information for that homeowner. If you're enrolled in Fast Track (an automated lead follow up service), a follow up postcard campaign will begin after the lead comes in.
Yes. Clients using the free Home Value Estimator feature on Target Farming Reports and postcards have the option of signing up for Fast Track, a lead follow-up service that automatically mails out follow up postcard campaigns to homeowners who visit myhomeest.com.
Yes, volume discounts are available for the following quantities: 500-999 (2¢ off), 1,000-4,999 (4¢ off), 5000+ (6¢ off). Volume discounts apply to the total quantity of Reports in a single checkout session.
Absolutely! Clients mailing Target Farming Reports enjoy special savings of 5¢/piece off most postcard products, including Just Listed/Just Sold, Holiday, Current Market, and more. The farming discount does not apply to self-addressed postcards (Blanks) and Fast Track Follow-Up Service.
Agents are billed by credit card for all reports prior to printing and mailing. Monthly program fees are billed on or about the same day each month.
The U.S. Postal Service averages 10 to 15 business days for Standard Class and five to seven business days for First-Class Presort. We automatically mail reports Standard Class, but you may request an upgrade to First-Class for an additional charge.
Yes, we offer reports for disclosure and non-disclosure states.
